Todd Douglas Craig – Daily Journal


Todd Douglas Craig, 52, died in Indianapolis on July 19, 2022. He was a resident of Franklin, Indiana and a former resident of Chicago, Illinois.

Todd was born on February 8, 1970 in Valparaiso, Indiana to Douglas and Paulette Kay (Cutler) Craig. He is survived by his father, Doug, of Franklin, Indiana, and his sister, Beth Sims, of Houston, Texas. Todd was preceded by his mother, Kay Craig, and his West Highland Terrier, Theodore.

He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ball State University, a master of library science from Indiana University in 1998, and completed postgraduate studies in psychology at Adler University in Chicago, Illinois.

Todd worked as a librarian and volunteer at the Gerber Library in Chicago, Illinois. He was an avid reader and excellent author. He liked music, classic films and went to the Artcraft Theater in Franklin. He had a passion for cooking, West Highland Terriers and swimming.

A celebration of life for family and friends will take place at a later date. Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home is helping the family with the preparations.
