NEET Consultation 2021 in four rounds: Everything you need to know
The NEET consultation 2021 will be carried out in four rounds – AIQ round 1, AIQ round 2, AIQ mop-up round and AIQ stray vacancy round.
The consultation for NEET-UG and NEET-PG for All India Quota (AIQ) Medical Seats will be carried out in four rounds from 2021. The announcement was made by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) on the MCC website mcc.nic. in.
It is also added that the decision will apply to 50 percent of postgraduate and 15 percent of university places. The MCC’s new advisory program has been approved by the Supreme Court of India. Accordingly, the NEET consultation in 2021 will be carried out in four rounds – AIQ round 1, AIQ round 2, AIQ mop-up round and AIQ stray vacancy round.

“MCC will be brought before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India from the academic year 2021-22 in accordance with the Ordinance of 16.12 / 2021 in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No (s) .10487 / 2021,” states the official communication from the committee.
After the completion of AIQ Round 2, no AIQ seats will be returned to the respective states, the committee added. Candidates can refer to the NEET-UG / PG information sheet if they have any further questions about advice. It will be made available to candidates shortly on the MCC’s official website.
