Advisory services will continue after the shooting

The Community Assistance Center, which provided assistance following Sunday’s tragic shooting incident in Bend, will continue its services at a new location over the holiday weekend.

One-on-one or small group support is available Saturday through Monday, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Crisis Stabilization Center, located at 63311 NE Jamison St in Bend.

The Community Assistance Center is a partnership between Deschutes County Health Services, the DA Victims’ Assistance Program, the St. Charles Health System and Bend-La Pine Schools. Spanish translation services will be available.

Please note that the media stabilization center is closed.
